While our roots lie in stylish, high-quality outerwear, BEAUMONT has grown into a complete womenswear brand in recent years. Over the coming years, our focus is on further national and international growth and on strengthening our online visibility and brand experience.

That is why we are looking for a Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our marketing team: someone who is not only strong in graphic design and DTP, but also enjoys coming up with, creating and producing content themselves.

The role

As Graphic Designer / Content Creator, you will be part of our small and driven marketing team, working closely with the Art Director and your other marketing colleagues.

You translate BEAUMONT's visual identity into strong content and designs across different channels. One day you are working on a newsletter, social visual or POS material; the next, you are creating content around a new collection, an event or a moment at the office.

You work with professional campaign imagery, but you enjoy just as much grabbing your phone or camera to create content that is more spontaneous, faster and social-first. You have a feel for fashion, imagery and timing, and you understand that not every piece of content needs to be perfectly polished to be effective.

Alongside the creative side, the role also includes an important DTP and execution component. You don't mind formatting files, adapting them to different sizes and making sure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, takes initiative and works with the team to get things done.

What you will do

• Design and lay out digital assets such as website visuals, social content, banners and newsletters
• Come up with, create and edit content for our social channels
• Create short videos, Reels and other social-first content
• Produce content around collections, drops, events and behind-the-scenes moments
• Work with campaign imagery and adapt it for various online and offline formats
• Handle DTP work, formatting and adjusting files for different sizes and channels
• Develop print materials, POS materials, advertisements and affiliate banners
• Create and design presentation decks and briefing documents
• Safeguard and consistently apply the BEAUMONT brand identity
• Contribute ideas on how to keep BEAUMONT visually and editorially relevant and visible
• Collaborate with the Art Director and the marketing team on campaigns, shoots, activations and day-to-day content

Who you are

• Creative and hands-on, energised by both making things and organising them
• You have a strong feel for fashion, imagery, social media and brand experience
• You are strong in graphic design and have experience with DTP
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• You can create photo and video content yourself and know what works on Instagram and other social channels
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
• You have completed a degree in graphic design or another creative field
• You have around 1–2 years of work experience or a strong relevant internship
• You have a good command of Dutch and English
• You have an affinity with fashion and e-commerce
• You are proactive, flexible and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You enjoy working in a small team where everyone helps each other and shares responsibility for the results
• A driver's licence (category B) is a plus
