BEAUMONT is an Amsterdam-based fashion label with a strong reputation in modern outerwear and a growing international presence. With a history in stylish, high-quality women's fashion, BEAUMONT focuses on the modern, self-aware woman. In the coming years, the focus will be on international growth and accelerated digital transformation, with online channels playing an increasingly important role in brand perception and revenue growth.
The role
As Digital & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BEAUMONT's marketing and e-commerce strategy.
You combine a strong strategic vision with a hands-on mentality. You are just as comfortable devising an international brand strategy as you are optimizing a campaign or testing conversion improvements in the webshop.
You will ensure that the growth of the online business remains in balance with the interests of our wholesale partners and that all channels reinforce each other within a consistent brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing and e-commerce strategy to grow brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
- Double online revenue in the coming years, while maintaining healthy margins and brand consistency.
- Ensure strong collaboration between online and wholesale, so that digital growth supports wholesale rather than replaces it.
- Develop an international marketing strategy, including local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives in key markets.
- Lead and coach the marketing and e-commerce team.
- Manage the marketing budget and analyze the ROI of campaigns and channels.
- Manage external agencies in the areas of performance marketing, content, and PR.
- Optimize the customer journey, from awareness to retention (SEO, SEA, social, email, CRM, UX, conversion optimization).
Profile
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce, or in a similar role.
- Experience with international brand building and digital growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, D2C commerce, and brand positioning.
- Commercial and data-driven: you know how to translate results into concrete actions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality — willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
- Experience with wholesale-driven brands is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Monitoring and strengthening brand identity across all touchpoints.
