Digital Manager Stonefashion

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to lead the digital strategy and growth for several brands within Stonefashion. In this role, you will be responsible for the digital performance and brand experience of BEAUMONT, Reset, Creenstone and District.
You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and know how to grow multiple fashion brands simultaneously in an international and digital environment.

About the role

As Digital Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the digital strategy and performance of multiple brands within Stonefashion. You will translate business objectives into an integrated digital approach and ensure a consistent brand experience across all online channels.
You will work closely with marketing, sales and operations, and manage internal teams and external partners. 


Your responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Growth

  • Developing and implementing an overarching digital strategy for BEAUMONT, Reset, Creenstone and District
  • Identifying trends and opportunities within e-commerce and digital marketing. 
  • Driving international growth and scalability for each brand. 

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Managing and coaching the digital team and external partners. 
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs for each brand. 
  • Optimising collaboration between internal departments.

3. E-commerce & Customer Experience

  • Responsible for the performance and further development of the online shops. 
  • Optimising conversion, UX and brand consistency for each brand. 
  • Monitoring and improving the entire customer journey, including after-sales and logistics experience. 

4. Data & Performance

  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV and CLTV. 
  • Setting up dashboards and reports for insight and management. 
  • Translating data into concrete optimisations for each brand. 

5. Digital Marketing & Brand Alignment

  • Managing digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email). 
  • Ensuring consistent brand communication for each brand. 
  • Integrating online and offline campaigns. 

6. Merchandising & Stock Strategy

  • Determining the online product range and purchasing strategy based on data and market insights. 
  • Monitoring stock levels and performance. 
  • Coaching merchandisers on optimisation. 

7. Customer Experience & Service

  • Managing customer support with a focus on quality and brand experience. 
  • Optimising processes and systems relating to customer service and logistics.


Your profile

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a digital or e-commerce role, preferably within the fashion industry. 
  • Experience working for multiple brands or business units is a strong advantage. 
  • Strong strategic insight combined with a hands-on approach. 
  • Experience in managing teams and external partners. 
  • Knowledge of Shopify, analytics tools and digital marketing channels. 
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
